Existing Homes

  Bruce Pest Control utilizes both “bait systems” and “liquid treatment” to protect existing homes from termite infestation.

  The “liquid treatment” is used in the area where termites might be entering the house to achieve quick control of the problem. “Bait systems” are used around the house for long term protection against re-infestation. The guarantee can be either “limited re-treatment only” or “limited re-treatment and repair”.
